What is On Call Ortho?

On Call Ortho by Stearn Orthodontics offers at-location orthodontic visits in and around Syosset, Long Island — including consultations, digital scans, and follow-up care.

Patients can get:

  • ✅ Clear aligner treatment for adults, teens and children
  • ✅ Retainers (1–4 sets, scanned once and reordered anytime)
  • ✅ Emergency comfort visits (like poking wires or missing braces colors)
  • ✅ Convenient scheduling — evenings, weekends, and Fridays available
  • ✅ Everything done at home, work, or your chosen location

All care is provided by me personally — not a rotating provider or assistant.

How It Works

  1. 📅 Book your consultation
    I’ll come to the location of your choosing (home, office, etc.) for a quick assessment and scan.
  2. 🦷 We’ll handle the X-ray
    If you don’t already have one, I’ll send a no-cost referral so you can get it done before or after the visit.
  3. 😃 Start treatment — or order retainers
    If you’re ready, we’ll finalize your plan and deliver aligners or retainers directly to you. No pressure, no upsells.
